Building

Located in an area given conservation status by the Urban Redevelopment Authority, which has been cleverly re-designed to maximise comfort whilst preserving as much of its heritage as possible. The building was built during the period when the “30 inches” scheme for housing was established for Chinese migrants, and later listed as a heritage conservation building by URA in the early 70s.
